Kerrie Rose Clark works for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices where she is responsible for driving efficiencies, reducing waste, and optimizing inventory-based solutions in hospital systems across the United States. She is a certified trainer of IDEO’s human-centered design thinking approach and facilitates courses on customer centricity, innovation, and agile solutions as a critical lever of cultural transformation.

Kerrie is passionate about social justice particularly as it pertains to equitable outcomes in healthcare and the legal system. She spearheads a community engagement ministry at her church, Bethel Cincinnati, a multi-ethnic congregation in Clifton, Ohio. She is also a long-standing member of the Junior League of Cincinnati. During her membership, she chaired the 2013 City of Cincinnati Mayoral Debate and served as Communications Director for a statewide policy team working with legislators to extend the benefits of foster care.

Kerrie received her B.A. in Communication Arts, concentrating in Advertising, from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where she currently resides with her husband, David.
