Janaya is an Associate Attorney at Gerhardstein & Branch Co., LPA.. She was previously the owner and managing partner of Trotter Law, LLC, a general practice office. She earned her J.D. from NKU Chase College of Law (where she was also an OJPC intern) and her B.A. from Ohio State University.
Dan Fales is Director of Tax Services at Clark Schaefer Hackett. He is also the Chair of the firm’s Tax Committee. An attorney as well as CPA, Dan has over twenty-five years experience in representing clients in tax controversies with the IRS at both the audit and appellate level. Dan received his BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and his JD from the University of Dayton School of Law.
Sister Ruth Kuhn passed away at age 78 on 14 September 2017. She was a religious woman with a strong commitment to social and economic justice issues. She had extensive experience in youth and adult education, with a reputation for effective training and facilitation abilities. In her final position, Sister Ruth coordinated Region VI Coalition for Responsible Investment for the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati.
Dean Emeritus Joe Tomain served as dean of the University of Cincinnati College of Law for 15 years. He has also held positions as: Visiting Environmental Scholar,Lewis and Clark Law School; Distinguished Visiting Energy Professor, Vermont Law School; Visiting Scholar in the Program of Liberal Studies, University of Notre Dame; Visiting Fellow, Harris Manchester College, Oxford University; and Fulbright Senior Specialist in Law in Cambodia. Dean Tomain serves on a number of civic organizations.
